Hon’ble Vice Chancellor met with Mr. Christopher Turillo (Medha Co-founder) In step to establish Medha Career Services Centre at Patna University, it was the next round discussion and planning meeting between Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Patna University and Medha Co-founder Mr. Christopher Turillo. The MOU between The University and Medha has already been signed on April 3, 2019 and the place for the centre is to be allocated in the 1st week of the June.The agenda of the discussion was around structure of the Medha Centre and betterment of the student’s career and both parties showed their commitment towards it. Hon’ble vice chancellor Prof. Ras Bihari Prasad Singh said on a positive note that Medha will be able to boost self-confidence and improve other sought after 21st century skills of the students and prepare them better to grab the good career opportunities after college. He also assured all the possible helps from the University administration. Medha Co-founder Mr. Christopher Turillo said that parallel to skill training, the industry exposure and internships will prepare students as per the industry demands and they will be able to strongly claim their candidature during the placement drives. Worth pondering, Medha Learning Foundation will start functioning in the Patna University from the upcoming session and deliver 21st century skills training, Career counselling and placement opportunities. To avail this service, students must pay one time per course Rs. 500 fees online on PU’s website and the deposit receipt will be used at Medha centre for the registration in the desired programs. The Medha Centre will be offering 3 programs: Career Advancement Boot Camp (30 Hours) Life Skills Advancement Boot Camp (30 Hours) Technology Advancement Boot Camp (60 Hours) More information is available on University’s website. With Hon’ble VC and Co-founder of the Medha, the Pro VC of the Patna University, Training & Placement convener of the University and State head Bihar of Medha Mr. Ravi Ranjan Mishra were also present during the meeting.
